Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. If there are any delays or issues with your order, our team will notify you right away.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details, so you can follow your package until it arrives.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or printed products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Return Process

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
